We start with a manageable baseline, followed by an optional condition-based recurring service. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly routines are suggested to help your space keep up with you. Each service is assessed, time-bound, and tailored to the actual condition of your space—no overpromising, no hidden extras, and no shortcuts driven by pressure.
1. Choose Your Service
Start by selecting the service type that fits your space — home, office or business, vehicle interior, or yard care. Each service offers three structured care tiers: Surface Care, DeepCare, and Premium, allowing you to choose the level of care your space needs.
2. Schedule Your Appointment
Once your service and tier are selected, you can schedule a visit that works with your availability.
To reserve your appointment, a $100 booking confirmation fee is required. This fee secures your scheduled service time and allows us to prepare for your visit. The booking confirmation fee is separate from the service cost and is not applied toward the final service payment.
3. Establish the Starting Point
For first visits or when service has been spaced apart for more than a couple of months, DeepCare is typically used to restore the space to a clean, livable baseline. This allows us to understand the condition of the space and establish your Client Care Profile, which helps maintain consistency during future visits.
4. Personalize Your Service
Clients can choose Add-Ons & Personalization options to give additional attention to specific areas. For recurring clients, selected add-ons can be incorporated into your Client Care Profile so your service continues exactly the way you prefer.
5. Service Delivery
Each visit is performed within the selected service tier and scope. Work is completed based on priority areas and realistic time standards to ensure quality results rather than rushed work.
6. Maintain Your Space
Clients may schedule one-time or recurring care depending on their needs. Recurring service helps maintain the space consistently, so it remains comfortable, functional, and ready for everyday use.
