If any items or areas require special care, notify us before service begins by providing:

  • email or text communication

  • photographs

All information should be brought to the attention of the Head of House / Housekeeper in Charge to ensure proper safety and precautionary procedures are followed.

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • timely access to the workspace

  • points of entry and exit

  • gate, parking, or building instructions

Please inform staff of any safety concerns, including:

Cooperation is required to ensure duties can be performed safely.
