3.Does this include personal or sensitive information?

No. Client Care Profiles focus on the space and service executin only. They do not include personal or sensitive client information.

4.Can I request changes to my care profile?

Yes. If your needs change, we’re happy to adjust focus areas or service details to better support your space.

5. Why don’t I need to explain things every visit?

The Client Care Profile allows our team to maintain familiarity with your space, so services can continue smoothly without repeated direction.
