Pricing is applied separately based on the appropriate service package and approved add-ons. Office Care services are structured to maintain hygiene without disrupting workflow.

All services require a $50 non-refundable assessment & reservation fee upon booking. This protects scheduling, ensures accurate service level assessment, and prevents under-ranked package-level placement

Final package placement is determined by condition, usage level, and square footage during walkthrough assessment. determined by condition at walkthrough, not past bookings or expectations.

If service is declined following assessment, the assessment and reservation fee remains non-refundable.

White Fox reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, misrepresented, or outside the agreed scope.

Repeated cancellations, misrepresentation of condition, or refusal to comply with required service levels may result in refusal of future service.

White Fox is responsible for damage caused by staff negligence to previously disclosed and properly secured items.

White Fox is not liable for: Undisclosed items, Pre-existing damage & Normal wear and tear

Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation, quality control, and condition verification.
